2. What if the product is defective?
We take quality seriously, and every product goes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product, please email us at hello@lucidic.store with a clear image of the defect. Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
3. Is paying online secure?
Absolutely! We use trusted and secure payment gateways like PayTM and Razorpay, which are among the most reliable in India for online transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
4. How will I know if my product has been shipped?
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! You’ll receive regular updates regarding your order via email and SMS, including the shipment and tracking details.
5. What is the exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for size-related issues. Exchanges are only applicable within the scope of our policies. Make sure to notify us within this period to initiate the exchange process.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@lucidic.store. After this window, your order enters the production stage, and cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Since our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for non-defective items. However, in the rare case of a defective product, we’ll replace it promptly after verification.
8. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates to follow the progress of your order.

No, exchanges are free of charge. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and ship the replacement product at no additional cost to you.

If you reject the product upon delivery, a ₹150 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.
