• Process – We arrange a free reverse pickup, quality check and dispatch the new product
• Price Difference – If applicable, the balance must be paid before dispatch
• One Exchange Per Order – Multiple exchanges are not allowed

Return Policy

• Defective Items Only – Report within 24 hours of delivery with proof
• Condition – Must be unworn, unused, with tags & original packaging
• No Returns/Refunds – Not applicable for non-defective items or Super Saver Packs

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel within 3 hours of ordering by emailing hello@lucidic.store
• After this period, orders move into production and can’t be cancelled
